It seats 146 persons, and will be used as the conference plenary for the opening, keynote and closing sessions, as well as for most or all full length presentations. (in 2022 at TC44 this included 19 presentations). It has 3 screens round the room, between interpreters’ booths and individual screen in the first two rows of seats around the room. It is located at the ECCL on Level 0 (zero).

Room E is in a hollow square format. It seats 122 persons. At TC44 it was used for all four non-commercial Workshops and both Panels, as well as for 9 presentations. It has 2 screens, located on 2 of the 4 sides of the room. It is located at the ECCL on Level 1.

Room B is in a hollow square format. It seats 101 persons, and was used for all of our Sponsors’ Workshops. It has 3 screens, 2 on one of the longer walls and a 3rd behind the speaker (on one of the narrow sides of the room. It is theatre-style room, seating 380 persons, with fixed furnishings: 2 side screens, 2 video-projectors and a central video wall. A lectern or speaking tables for five persons can be installed on the raised and fully integrated podium. It is located at the ECCL on Level 0 (zero). Given its setup it may be used for frontal presentation events.

The standard resolution is: 1920 x 1080, with screen layout of 16:9 (Wide-screen).

Due to the room layouts and the screen sizes presenters are asked to make sure that any text on their presentations is 24 pts font size or larger. Smaller texts will be very hard to read for most of the audience and lead to less than satisfactory viewing experiences for participants.

A full length presentation has a 30 minute time slot.

Of this presenters should limit their talk to about 20 minutes.
