Venue – The European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL) is ideally located and easily accessible whatever your chosen means of transport. ECCL is situated in the heart of the Kirchberg district in the north-east of Luxembourg City, 2.5 km from the city centre and the Luxembourg train station and 7 km from Luxembourg Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luxembourg City and the Kirchberg plateau (where the ECCL is located) are linked to the major European cities by an extensive motorway network, regular and fast train routes and a far-reaching and wide range of international destinations from Luxembourg International Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TC45 will again take place in three ECCL conference rooms<\/h2>\n\n\n

Here below are layouts of the rooms used LAST year. The exact rooms assigned for TC45 in November 2023 are still to be determined, but these views give you an idea of the facilities.<\/h5>\n

Plenary Room 2 – Level 0 <\/strong>– This round room seats 148<\/b> persons<\/strong>, and is equipped with four large displays around the room <\/strong>as well as with individual displays in front of each seat around the two inner rings of places. <\/strong>At TC44 it was used as the conference plenary for the opening, keynote and closing sessions. In addition, 19 presentations also took place in Room 2<\/p>\n

Room E – Level 1<\/strong> – This hollow square room which seats 122 <\/strong>persons was used at TC44 to accommodate the two Panel discussions, one each day, four non-commercial workshops, one each session, as well as nine presentations. The opening and closing sessions as well as the two keynote speeches, one each day, were initially also planned to be web-streamed \/ broadcast, on screen, from Room 2 to Room E. In the end, Room B (see below) was used for this purpose instead. It is equipped with two large screens at the ends of the room.<\/p>\n

Room B – Level 0<\/strong>\u00a0 – This hollow square room, directly adjacent to Plenary Room 2, seats 101<\/strong> persons. It was used at TC44 to accommodate workshops offered by four of our sponsors. It was also used to web-stream \/ broadcast the opening and closing sessions as well as the two keynote speeches, one each day, from Room 2. It is equipped with three large format LCD screens.<\/p>\n
