If you are a citizen from outside the EU or the European Economic Region, please check whether you require a visa to travel to the venue in Luxembourg. You are responsible to obtain such a visa on your own. AsLing cannot assist any persons requiring a visa to travel to Luxembourg.

AsLing is a non-profit association. This means that the financial contribution from participants helps cover essential costs, such as catering, administrative expenses, and other overheads that make the event possible.

Registration for TC46 is as follows:

First Early Bird (available until August 31st): Students, EUR 190.00**, All other registrants EUR 195.00*

Second Early Bird September 1st to October 15th October 27th: Students, EUR 200.00**, all other registrants EUR 215.00*

Regular contribution October 27th until November 18th: Students, EUR 210.00**, all other registrants EUR 235.00*
*Registrations are confirmed after the bank confirms payment to AsLing. **To register as a student, you must submit a certificate confirming your full-time student status. Cancellation policy o Before 1 October 2024: full refund minus EUR 50 (administrative expenses) o Between 1 October and 31 October 2024: EUR 50 refund o From 1 November 2024 onward: NO refund.

NETWORKING DINNER

The TC46 NETWORKING DINNER will be held on 19 November (on the 2nd day of the conference) at a restaurant close to the Conference venue. The price is EUR 69 per person. Places are restricted and will be assigned, after completed payment, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
