The 44th Translating and the Computer Conference will be held in the city and country of Luxembourg, in close proximity to the many European Union institutions hosted by Luxembourg. Click here to find out more on the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL).

The European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL) is ideally located and easily accessible whatever your chosen means of transport. ECCL is situated in the heart of the Kirchberg district in the north-east of Luxembourg City, 2.5 km from the city centre and the Luxembourg train station and 7 km from Luxembourg Airport.

Luxembourg City and the Kirchberg plateau (where the ECCL is located) are linked to the major European cities by an extensive motorway network, regular and fast train routes and a far-reaching and wide range of international destinations from Luxembourg International Airport.

TC44 will take place in the following three conference rooms, two on level 0, the third on level 1:

Plenary Room 2 – Level 0 – This round room, which seats 148 persons, will be used as the conference plenary for the opening, keynote and closing sessions. 19 presentations will take place there. Click here for an interactive experience of this room.

Room E – Level 1 – This hollow square room which seats 101 persons will be used thought both days. It will accommodate the two Panel discussions, one each day, four non-commercial workshops, one each session, as well as nine presentations. The opening and closing sessions as well as the two keynote speeches, one each day, will be broadcast, on screen, from Room 2 to Room B. Click here for an interactive experience of this room.

Room B- Level 0 – directly adjacent to Plenary Room 2 – This hollow square room which seats 101 persons will be used thoughout both days. It will accommodate the workshops being offered by our sponsors. Click here for an interactive experience of this room.
