the week of 6 November 2023 (i.e., by 13 November) – submission deadline for papers to be published in the Proceedings of TC45. Submission details will be published when authors are notified of acceptance of proposals.
the week of 4 December 2023 – Authors who wish to submit a post facto paper reporting on the outcome of a workshop or a panel for publication in the Proceedings of TC45 should submit such papers.
the week of 4 December 2023 – Deadline for papers on Poster/Short talks originally submitted after 10 September.

Deadline for authors to submit post facto papers (related to their user presentation, late-submission poster presentation, post-panel or post-workshop paper) for publication in the Proceedings of TC45 – probably mid January 2024
Peer review of academic papers (full length manuscripts and poster papers) – late Q4 2023 & Q1 2024
Editing of all papers – Q2 and, if necessary, early Q3 2024
Publication of the Proceedings of TC45 – tentatively Q3 2024 or earlier; definitely well before TC46.
